Usage Terms by Product Type
Each file must be used according to its product category.
Colored Clipart
Colored clipart may be combined with text, backgrounds, patterns, and other elements to create new completed designs. It may not be sold by itself, repackaged as another clipart collection, shared, or redistributed. Colored clipart must become part of a new completed composition before it is sold.
Colorable Outline Clipart
Outline clipart may be colored and customized using the buyer’s own artistic style. Transformed versions may be used in completed designs or sold as clipart after meaningful coloring and customization. The original unmodified outlines may not be resold.
Fonts
Included fonts may be used to create commercial designs, including text-only designs. The original font files may not be modified, shared, resold, redistributed, or converted into new fonts for resale.
Seamless Patterns
Seamless patterns may be used on finished physical products and within completed digital designs. The original seamless files may not be shared, resold as-is, or modified and resold as new seamless pattern files.
Completed Digital Designs
Completed PNG designs may be used on physical products that the purchaser creates and sells, including shirts, transfers, tumblers, bags, and similar merchandise.
Completed designs may not be:
- Resold as digital downloads
- Modified and resold digitally
- Shared or redistributed
- Included in another digital bundle
- Claimed as the purchaser’s original artwork
Access and Sharing Restrictions
Your purchase provides access for one purchaser or business only.
You may not share:
- The PDF access document
- The Google Drive link
- Individual original files
- Access with friends, customers, employees, group members, or other businesses
- Unwatermarked, full-resolution previews online
Watermarking is required whenever included artwork is displayed online. All designs and elements remain the property of BeeUTiFullYou. Purchasing the drive provides a license to use the included files under the applicable terms; it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
