RETURN POLICY

Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds on digital purchases once the product has been purchased or made available for download. This policy applies to all digital items including PNG files, SVG files, clipart, fonts, seamless patterns, templates, Canva templates, PSD files, Procreate resources, mockups, digital bundles, printable files, educational downloads, membership downloads, Google Drive content, and all other electronically delivered products.

By purchasing a digital product from BeeUTiFullyYou, you acknowledge your purchase is final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Compatibility

Please verify file compatibility with your software, device, or equipment before purchasing. We are not responsible for purchases made for incompatible software or equipment.

Download Issues

If you experience a corrupted file, missing file, incorrect file delivery, or a non-working download link, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue or resend the appropriate file. A technical issue does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund if it can reasonably be corrected.

Physical Products — 14-Day Return Policy

Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition, free from signs of use, and returned with original tags or packaging where applicable.

To request a return, contact us at beeutifullyou@yahoo.com with your name, order number, item to return, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Do not send items back without receiving return instructions first.

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

USAGE RIGHTS & LICENSING

Purchase Does Not Transfer Copyright

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying artwork, design, font, or other intellectual property. Customers receive only the usage rights granted under the product's license. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by BeeUTiFullyYou.

Digital Product Licensing

Digital products are licensed, not sold outright. Each purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license unless otherwise stated. Different products may carry different licensing permissions — please review the product description and license before use.

Prohibited Redistribution

Digital products may NOT be redistributed in original or similar digital form without express written authorization. Prohibited activities include: sharing purchased files with others; uploading to shared drives, Facebook groups, Discord servers, or file-sharing communities; reselling original digital files; including original files in another digital bundle; converting files for redistribution; tracing or redrawing for resale; removing copyright or identifying information.

Commercial Use

Commercial use is permitted only when authorized by the product's license. A commercial license generally allows use to create finished end products for sale (e.g., apparel, drinkware, signs, stickers, décor) but does not permit resale of the original digital source file. Additional licensing may be required for large-scale manufacturing, mass production, wholesale, or digital resale. Contact us if unsure.

Fonts

Font files may not be shared, resold, gifted, redistributed, uploaded to shared drives, included in another font bundle, or converted into another font format. Permitted use depends on each font's individual license.

Templates

Templates remain protected intellectual property even after customization. Changing wording, colors, photos, fonts, or layout does not transfer ownership of the underlying template. Editable templates may not be redistributed or resold as templates unless permitted by the applicable license.

Membership & Drive Content

Content provided through a membership, digital drive, or exclusive collection is intended only for authorized purchasers or members. Access may not be shared, transferred, sold, or provided to unauthorized individuals. Purchasing membership access does not grant ownership of the files within — each file remains subject to its own applicable license. Unauthorized sharing may result in termination of access without refund.
